Eyeliner Help Anyone?

Why does eyeliner break? I just noticed that whenever I put eyeliner it breaks in the middle of the day like 2 to 3 hrs later after I did them.

Maybe try using a primer under it? Or using a liquid or gel liner and setting it with black eyeshadow.

It probably the eyeliner you bought. I use wet n wild waterproof liquid eyeliner and it doesn't crack. It's also affordable!
