What is better to wear to cover up puffy sunburnt cheeks? Bb cream or foundation? And which foundations or bb creams are best that don't irritate the skin and are matte?

Bb cream probably won't cover sunburn all that well but it's better for sunburned skin. Bb creams aren't usually matte. I would just put aloe on it then bob cream and what the bob cream doesn't cover use concealer on those spots. And set with a matte powder. I suggest the garnier bb cream
