Well the picture is edited for sure and IMO it's too small to tell, at least on the app :/ I'd just use black pencil liner, smudge it, go over it with a matte dark brown shadow, then darken the eye some more with gel eyeliner. The cool thing about the eye makeup is that top and bottom don't merge together. The bottom is smudged outwards to mimic the shadow that long lashes would cast. She's contoured but all the products look matte to me. As for lips, there is definitely a darker lipliner there.
