It would break your skin out because it does contain oily and it will not do anything to help your oily skin

Last time I looked at this it contained lanolin and petroleum. Both sat 1 and 2 on the ingredients list. For skin that is really oily and acne prone this is an absolute no go. I wouldn't risk further skin irritation. What is your budget and maybe we can all help you find a better alternative.

I don't think it would bother your skin just because its thick and sometimes I feel like my skin is too dry for it. I would test it out on a small area of your skin to see if it bothers you. Personally I love it.
