Philosophy take the day away makeup remover removes everything! I wear heavy eye make up and layers of mascara and it takes it all off with no residue and it's oil free

I use jojoba oil to remove eye makeup. Love because its not drying like drugstore makeup removers are on my skin .

lf you dont mind ones with oil in them, lancome bifacil is amazing! also maybelline makes a good one :) for ones that are oil-free, neutrogena makes a really good one!

Almay eye make up remover is the best (in my opinion) ive never used high end stuff but since i wear contacts i gotta be careful and its completely safe for eyes. Ive gotten it in my eye by accident and i swear it doesnt burn at all. I absolutely recommend it. :)
