For face or undereyes? Different formulas work better for certain areas of the face. Ans also the color of discoloration matters too. Are you trying to cover red, blue, brown? Also do you have textural issues or just smooth discoloration?

I agree different formulas are for different purposes my fave is MUFE HD concealer because it's full coverage n waterproof great for summer n covering up my dark acne scars but does not feel heavy or look cakey at all :)

MUFE Full Cover Concealer is my holy grail for my acne scars and other imperfections and I use Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer for my under eye dark circles.
