I've had acrylic nails on and my nails and my nails are ruined. What can I do to strengthen my nails?

Put a strengthening top coat on them and let them grow back out.

I use to get nails for years it will take time for them to get better what I did that helped was soaked them in olive oil like 1 a week before I painted them then applied healthy hoof to them it's a cream at cvs for $5 and added nail strengthen polish before painting.

If you go to a good place that knows what they're doing and uses high quality products, acrylic should not damage your nails. It is more expensive, but it is worth it. As for now, have a good diet with lots of fruits and vegetables to get the right nutrients for them, and I think olive oil helps a lot too, like Kristina mentioned.
