The only thing I can think of letting the straps hang from the sides so you can pull the shorts down so they don't ride up in the front.

You can wear a more modest top to create balance. Or put stockings on underneath(which I wouldn't do with these shorts). Wear spankies under so nothing shows.

Try wearing a long sleeve shirt :) or quarter sleeve, but wear something that covers your top more so it balances out! :)
