Hey guys I'm going paint balling soon! And I have no clue what to wear! And another question that's off topic... Does it hurt?

I've been paintballing multiple times. The pain is comparable to that if someone...say threw a water bottle at you. Its more of a sting that goes away. However you will get bruised.

For apparel I STRONGLY suggest a pair of baggy sweatpants that you can tuck into your sneakers. The bagginess will help slow down the impact of the paintball. Also try a hoodie or anything longsleeved. The more covered you are the better for impact so it won't hurt as much. Its also good for baggy long sleeved clothing because if youre out in deep woods you don't wanna be stung by any bees or get bitten by any insects. You will be hot and you will sweat but its all for the better trust me :) just make sure to keep hydrated.

Also if you don't have anything your willing to get dirty most paintball places carry a disposable suit you can get for like max $10 that you can put over your clothes and throw away later.

Make sure you wear a sweatshirt WITH A HOOD
they have masks for your face, but they don't cover the back of your head, so the hood is important. No one wants a paint ball in their hair :)
