Changing shade of my hair color,help?

Hi beauties, I'm going to change my hair color today...I have never ever dyed my hair before...so first attempt..I have light natural blonde hair and I want it like in that pic.wanna refresh it..but dunno whether it will darken too much or not..I don't want it to get darker even a shade...what you think? all I want is to have it more ashy..lije greyish blonde , see photo.please opinions. Thanks in advance(*_^) :* ^_^ ;)

Do you have a picture of your hair at the moment? You might be able to use purple shampoo to tone it to more of an ashy colour.

Take this picture when you go to buy your hair dye, find the correct shade but go a shade lighter so it won't go any darker than what you want it to be. Nice n easy is a good hair dye.
