It might be that you are using it in the wrong area. Thick concealer needs shouldn't be placed under the eye. Also, try setting the concealer with powder.

Well it is an undereye corrector so it's meant for under the eye, setting it with powder does help a little though :)

Try doing a thinner layer and sort of smooth it down/rub it in. and then set it with powder.

I find that blending thicker products can be challenging. I recommend finding a face primer that helps products blend easier, which is what I do when faced with products with a thicker consistency. Also, when applying under eye concealer, I recommend gently dabbing at it with a finger or brush to blend rather than trying to rub it in. That may help.
