So these past few days when I go to my martial arts class I have been sweating like crazy. I don't wear full tank tops under my uniform, just sports bras and I keep my hair up. What are some ways to not sweat as much? And if there are no ways how can make sure you don't smell bad when you sweat? Like I wear a ton of deodorant and perfume but I always feel like it's not working. Thanks so much!!

There is no way to stop or prevent sweating lol. The smell would be your body releasing toxins, and when you use a lot of anti-perspirants, it doesn't allow your body to rid the toxins that cause BO through sweat. It's good to use deodorants without an anti-perspirant while you are at home, and use one with an anti-perspirant when you are going to be in public. That being said, using baby powder works:) if you don't mind smelling like a baby lol.

I find that the only brand of deodorant that doesn't make me sweat as much is Lady Speed Stick. I have had prescription and extra strength but they didn't help and I feel like Secret and Degree may have an ingredient that actually makes me sweat more? Drysol is good but I have super sensitive skin and it irritated it. Also Men's deodorant is something to try but again, Lady Speed Stick works the best for me.

I use men's deodorant because personally women's just doesn't work on me lol. I recommend the old spice men's deodorant line.

I use Certain Dri, the PM one at night, and Secret clinical strength after I shower in the morning and they work wonders!
The Certain Dri does make your underarms a bit itchy, but personally I'm willing to put up with it in order to avoid offending anyone with BO 😁☺️

There really isn't a way to stop sweating. It's how your body naturally cools down. Sometimes perfumes can make it smell worse.

I got botox in to help with sweating... And it did make it stop and it lasted for 6 months. So thats an option but it was expensive.
