First day of new school.

I am starting grade 9 at a new school in September and I don't know what to do for my hair and makeup the first day. I want to make a good first impression but I don't want it to look like I am trying too hard. Do you guys know what I mean? Pics would be appreciated...and if it helps any I have blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. I also don't usually do really bright, crazy makeup (even though it looks awesome).

I'm going into a new school in 9th grade too I'm probably going to do a neutral eye makeup with brown eyeshadow in the crease and shimmery colors on the lid and inner corner and maskara for face I would do bb cream or foundation and a little bronzer with a neutral lip.
