I want to wear make up but my mum don't let me. But I always use her makeup like after school or my mum is not here.

My parents were like that too, im 16 now and they let me wear make up as long as it not like a bunch of eyeliner and globs of mascara, my 13 year old sister is also allowed to wear make up because she sticks to neutral colored eyeshadows for now :) so come up with what you would like to wear and what your mum thinks is appropriate :) thats how it worked with mine :)
