Neosporin.. On your lips?

Has anyone tried this? I've been doing this for the past few nights and ooooh my goodness you guys, it works so well!! I used to use just plain Vaseline but something about Neosporin just makes it 10 times better.

I'm an RN and was stranded at work one night without my beloved CARMEX (it's true, that stuff is addicting!) I literally was going through withdrawals and randomly used Neosporin as a substitute. It worked surprisingly well!
