Yes it's look great just don't bring the blonde to far up and of you do don't stop it at the orange yellow stage let it go past that stage.

I did a red ombré on my Asian hair and it looked lovely I still have some of it I haven't chopped it all off yet :)

Bleach is not necessary if you want brown. as long as you don't have color on your hair. but I would recommend going to a pro. Asian hair can be tricky to lift since it can pull so much brass. it may cost a bit, but would be worth it.
