I say just stop heat completely for a few months and don't wash it everyday. ^olive oil is great. Also get a trim and ask your stylist about deep conditioning products they recommend for you and you should be fine :) 👍

If you've tried everything like you said you have, perhaps a doctors visit may be in place. You may be deficient of a vitamin which can contribute to hair being dry.

Have you tried moroccan oil? My hair used to be really dry, but after I used their hair mask once a week my hair became soft, shiny and healthier looking!

How often do you use masks and deep conditioners and oils? If you use them too often it can actually damage your hair more. Also, getting the split ends cut off and regular trims after that will help. If you don't get trims then the split ends can split up the hair shaft resulting in more breakage and the hair will appear as if it isn't growing.

Since you dye your hair often, try the apHogee Two-step Protein Treatment. You can find it at Sally's or other beauty supply shops and I find that it not only helps with breakage, but helps make my hair look &feel a bit better too =)
