Anything to get rid of dandruff?

OK this is embarrassing, but I need help. Never had a problem with dandruff and all of a sudden I'm having flakes all over. Don't know if it's my shampoo or something else, it's really bugging me. Any ideas to help me get rid of this problem?

There's this shampoo I think it's called t gel it has tea tree oil in it and it's helped me before! I also like head and shoulders dandruff shampoo it helped me too. Hope I helped!

I have horrible dry scalp year around. So to control my dandruff I just massage Apple Cider Vinegar on my scalp for 10 min before I shower! The small sucks :/ but I promise it washes out!! It works so well for me!!

I have to agree w/ the (organic) apple cider vinegar. It's an excellent face and neck toner. It might sting a little, but that's just the bacteria dying and your pH springing back to balance, same w/ scalp. This one, in the pic, is almost done, proof of use.

Gabby I use this just when I can tell when it's coming back. I used it once and my head hasn't itched or flaked like crazy for about 2weeks!! Once I start getting a little itchy I'll so it again :)
