I know the nair removal cream worked great for my upper lip. it left it sooo soft and took off all the hair.

becareful though, my skin got sensitive to it after a while and irritated with redness and spots everywhere near that area. I think they would work great for areas other than the face since the skin there is sensitive.

Still, I prefer to thread on the face now since its natural and I don't want the chemicals in those creams around my face lol

I don't know how well other hair removal is but I had a horrible experience with one. I tried the Avon Hair Removal Cream and followed the directions...omg I washed it off the moment I felt burning. It was still too late it melted some skin off and it was raw for weeks :( horrible. So now I just wax!!

Exactly what happened to me jocelyn! -_-...tried taking it off when it burned and it was too late too. I'm not sure how my other skin areas would react to it but my face is a big no no now. I was scared to try my legs or under arms after that experience lol.

I used a Nair Sensitive Kind and it didn't bother me; but all the other kinds did... I would just rather shave or wax

I stopped using it because my skin really reacted to it, even to one for sensitive skin

I have had mixed results with it. Nair doesn't work for me since my hair is thick instead of fine on my legs. Nair caused a reaction when I used the facial hair one... It made my skin yellow where I applied it, lasted for a week. Veet did just about nothing on my legs. It defintely didn't work for the privates either. Never tried it for under arms though.

I did have success with sally hansen facial hair remover. I don't remember what it was called but its a white pump container. I feel like it wasn't long lasting like waxing would be. I felt prickles on the fourth day.

It depends on your skin. my skin is not sensitive at all so I have never felt the burming. it works wonders and everything but in my opinion it can be expensive. it runs out fast and buying it all the time can get expensive.

BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH HAIR REMOVAL CREAMS!
Every hair removal cream I've used has left me with a horrible red rash, I do have sensitive skin BUT always test it on a patch of skin. It does remove the hair and leave the skin feeling 'smooth' but as soon as I put it on I feel a severe stinging sensation.

Honestly I use all kinds of brands- expensive, cheap- and they all work the same for me. I am from a very small country so I doubt you have the same brands :( but veet is an option. tho in my opinion it is expensive. I agree with other girls that you should test it on a patch of skin, must be careful :-)

I love veet is really nice my favorite one is the shower cream you put it onlive it for 3 min and then you use the spatula to remove the cream and then you rinse it out.
