So I have natural really curly hair and when I straighten it, it doesn't look natural. As in it looks like it is straightened and smells burnt... its also too straight,,, I don't know lol... I am a hairstylist so I know to use products. I use leave ins, oils, and protectants but nothing helps. also... I really just want to be able to straighten it and make it look decent. I've been wearing it in buns trying to let it breathe but even leaving it curly it damages.. I only straighten like once every two or three weeks. I'm so irritated lol.

I know exactly what you mean and I've been struggling with the same issue for years. The longer my hair got the easier it is though, I blow dry my hair with a round brush then straighten it and slightly move the iron under (like a round brush making the ends curl in) and then sleep on it and re-touch anything up in the morning and follow with fekkai's glossing cream.

I am so glad I'm not the only one with this issue! my hair is only to my collar bones but ill still growing! Where do you buy this Fekkai's glossing cream? Ill try that, I have round brushes and stuff like that. thanks Bridgette!

My pleasure! Hope it works! And I'm not sure, either a salon or saks maybe even target? My hairs down to my ribcage but I'm thinking about cutting it to my collar bones but I'm not sure how it would work with my face shape lol.

I think it would be cute but I'd kill for long hair like yours. Don't cut it just yet, you may regret it in the end. But hair does grow back! Thanks I'll have to check target :) thanks.
