If you want to use concealer I use benefits stay don't stray eye & concealer primer then after concealer & foundation I set my whole face including a dust of powder on my lids. Hope that helps & I also use UDPP & have no problems with smudging after I do everything then I spray my whole face with UD all nighter setting spray before I do my mascara

I use a small brush to dust translucent powder on my brow bone & under eye after all my eye makeup is done & nothing moves.

Just like Sarah says, I'd try to set it with powder. a good layer of powder should keep it in place!

I agree with Em about the eye cream, to help with that problem. I also agree with the stay don't stray primer. I personally do my eyes first, if I am doing a more dramatic look or something with some strong clear precise lines and cuts. However, maybe it could be a few things, wrong concealer and incorrect application. Honestly you will just have to rule things out until you find the answer. Hope this helped a bit.:)

I always apply my eye makeup first
