A good pencil eyeliner.

Whenever I try and wear pencil liner whether it's in my waterline or my upper lash line it always ends up leaking down my eyes or dissapearing:/ does anyone know one that doesn't do this??

I love urban decays eyeliner pencils and ulta's gel eyeliner. Ulta's isn't great for the waterline though

I agree with the UD liners but it also helps if you set it with powder on the waterline.

Make sure it's waterproof.

In stead of buying a new eyeliner you can just put black eyeshadow where the eyeliner is, I do this method and it really helps!
