Not all of them but quite a few are indeed matte.

Really I thought only like 4-5 are matte and the rest are shimmery.

I bought it and returned it immediately. No pigmentation, the shadows aren't smooth. It's junk basically. I really wanted to like it but there was zero color payoff. Save your money and get a nicer palette
