I am currently in 2nd round of accutane because I had few breakouts after a year. However during my 1st time I had scars that were red and prominent but during my 5th month my skin became really great and the redness went away. However my other deep scar took awhile but don't worry it will fade.
Also my derm did not subscribe anything for scar, I mostly had box scar. She did say that after 6 month I can get microderm done. I actually ended up buying PMD device. It worked well since box scar are so hard to reduce.

Just remember not to get your eyebrows or anything waxed on your body, it will pull skin off and scar.
