Cartilage piercing earring

Ok so I had my cartilage pierced about 2 years ago now, and after a few months I started to take it out etc.and a few months ago I started using other earrings than the one pierced with.
How ever I only have studs like the one in photo; in like 6 colours lol
I just wanted to know where could I get and other ones? Nothing to flashy as such.
I live in the UK so most 'cool' things are hard to find.
Any suggestions?
