Umm... Just FYI you posted something similar about 30 min. ago, so this might get taken down.
Personally I wouldn't wear it, but I would tone it down with a simple silvery or navy shadow and winged liner look.

Something dramatic for school might be more of bright lip color red pink or lavender would look good with your skin tone and winged liner
