So originally I was trying to recreate this smokey eye on Pinterest! Somehow I think it turned into a gradient eye I'm not sure what I did. It looks somewhat smokey! Do you like it? Give me criticism I need it bad! Thank you lovelies!


Products used

Nyx revenge palette

Maybeline dream fresh powder

Lancome eyeliner in coffee


Lancome blush in blush subtil


Mascara is some random drugstore mascara that's discontinued and Calvin Klein mascara


I also used some misc kohls flirt and american beauty eyeshadow!

So pretty!! I love the way you did it :) but if you want it to look more like the picture, try a darker purple color and bring it up a lot more, like above your crease! :)

Your blending is very nice, I would have just went a little darker at the lash line and blended it upward.

Your blending looks great but I agree with Gabby. To make it turn out more like the picture I would have used a darker purple starting at the lash line to a little up above your crease and used a pinkish red color just above just like shown in the picture and maybe a peachy/light color to highlight your brow bone area above the other colors. All of that aside, I still think yours looks nice.

I would pull the dark color to the outside of your eye a little bit more, but for your first time it looks really good!

It looks really nice, but I would further smoke out the lower lash line to make it even smokey.
