Should I leave moisturizer on them ever night before bed for ten minutes? Is there something else I've never heard of before I should do?
It's not terrible on all fingers, just right now my middle finger's cuticles hurt because they're not even on the nail.

Almond oil is very good. But if you can't get your hands on any oil, make sure to put some lotion on your cuticles every time you moisturize your hands or body.

They say massaging your scalp with any number of concoctions is good, regular trims, not washing too much...I say all that helps, but it's basically genetics and patience...Diet helps too. Good luck.

A lot of oils, I see... Have any of you used Sally Hansen's Beyond Perfect Healing Cuticle Oil? It's what I have right now until I can get Burts bees cuticle cream or almond oil or seacret cuticle oil and stuff.
