I always thought it was after foundation. Just remember to blend...a lot! That's one of the most important things with HAC.

You can do cream before or after, depending on what look your trying to achieve. It looks like she applied it after foundtion. Like Em said, powder contouring always goes on after foundation.

Depends on whether or not you want it dramatic. If not, before. If yes, after.

Agreed with the girls above ^.
it all depends on the finish you want. if you want a dramatic, noticeable contour, I would definitely apply foundation, then contour & highlight. if you want a more subtle finish, apply foundation after you contour & highlight c:
some people use foundation as their contour/highlight product & just skip applying it all over their face :p it depends on what finish you like, really.

I believe the pic you posted of Kim. k has been done after her foundations! Powders always come after liquids!! In saying that there's heaps of different ways to contour... Some use darker and lighter shades of foundation and just blend it all together - some use there normal everyday foundation to blend as well! Its all up to personal preference... I apply my foundation and then using the maybelline fit me sticks I contour and highlight all over, blend and then use the Anastasia contour kit to set everything :)
