how can I make my eyebrows neater without plucking and without drawing them on because I don't like that look..help!!

I use just any clear mascara. I think Bonnie bell has one. It's great

I would really suggest getting them waxed just to shape them, and plucking strays after that to maintain. That's kind of a part of having nice eyebrows! Other than that, use a gel or wax to hold them in place and try a powder versus a pencil, it'll look more natural.
