Ideas for outfit to a deb?

What kinda of outfit should I wear to my cousins deb? it can't be white cause all the girls will be in white and I don't want it to be too classy or anything just kinda casual but nice, and not formal or long dress.

Pretty much just this thing were girls and boys dance together when a girl reaches the age of maturity, and as a new adult, is introduced to society at a formal. Sounds really formal lol but its not.

Can't belive other countrys don't have debs lol:) all the girls dress up in white dresses that look like wedding dresses lol:) And thanks ill have a look for some more ideas.

Debutant ball. We have them in the US! In the South it's big or through groups like national charity league. Long and slightly conservative :)

Oh ahhah its nothing like that in Australia lol I know that I heard your meant to be a virgin and stuff? I don't know I never did mine but most people arent virign when they do it here, its just another chance to wear a pretty dress and get drunk lol:)
