I have a habit of biting my nails,is there any sort of product to make them grow faster,or anything i could put on them to stop me biting them?,need them long for christmas:))))!

I use to rub nail polish remover on the tips of my finger when I would go to bite them it would be extremely awful

There is actually a spicy nail polish that works well
