I can never find a makeup that brings my eyes out, they are a grayish blue color, often fade into more of a Gray than blue, that's a Pic of my eye.

The complementary color to blue is orange/brown. I have grayish blue eyes too and I've found this to be a good color to bring the out.

I pretty much have the same color as your eyes and here's what works best for me.

Eyeshadow: golds browns or pretty much any neutral shade, but if you wanted a brighter color, use a purple or a shade of blue different from your eye color, like a navy.

Eyeliner: Besides black liner, I like to use gray, gold with black underneath, or using a darker or lighter blue.
