First you can try hair chalk, but I'll recommend using semi permanent dye like manic panic or directions.. To get rid off, beside bleach I don't think there's any solutions. And for your hair health, it's just like a regular color, if you take care of it With adapted products and masks, it should be fine ;)

Pink hair, especially light shades, will be VERY high maintenance. It is semi difficult to reach the exact natural color. A strip test is your best bet to see how it works for you(:

I had that shade of pink in high school and it is indeed hard to keep up and was pretty damaging to my hair. I used bleach and manic panic to get the vibrant pink that's shown in your pic and did touch ups with the manic panic weekly by putting a little in my conditioner for daily use and I would also apply to my full head and cover with a shower cap overnight once a week. Also I had my roots bleached every 4-6 weeks. I had to also get my hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks so that the ends stayed nice and didn't show the damage I had done. Invest in a high quality sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and don't heat style very often that will help the color stay bright too.
I think it is a gorgeous color though, and you will look absolutely stunning with a full head of bright pink hair! Post pics when you do it!

Oh and I forgot to mention that when I tried to go back to having natural colored hair I had to go to a salon for a color correction with a pro, so it is possible with help to switch back but I wouldn't advise you to attempt to dye it back to a normal color on your own.

I used directions when I dyed my hair pink, it was such a lovely colour but to get it all out was a nightmare! My hair went blonde with pink, (purple because of toner) grey and orange 😂 but I've had my hair so many colours and pink was my fave! Hope it goes well if you do it 😊❤️
