Ive been using Neosporin Eczema Essentials, I saw results in 3 days. Ive tried creams that just dont work. This is more of a lotion-like formula. The line includes a moisturizer, body wash, and anti-itch cream. I highly reccomend all. (:

I have a dry patch of skin on my knee. It was sort of rough and scaly and it came off and is now sort of smooth and dry and red. Is this eczema? I have no idea what it is!

Eucerin not the everyday formula but like the thick cream version in a small tube for overnight and just on the patches. The daily formula should be more for all over and preventing spreading and random spots becoming itchy and dry.

Ointments are your best bet, but they must be prescribed by a dermatologist! Essential Skincare's cream is great and you don't need a prescription for it.

Thanks ladies, my grandma whose very old school, also suggested Eucerin, she also suggested a cream from Juarez that's made from snake skin? I can't be to sure but is there some kind of special oil in snake skin? She swears by it

A dermatologist rx is the way to go flair ups. The key is moisture (cetaphyl has a cream that's great... Lotions evaporate too quickly. Aquaphor is good, but greasy). Oatmeal bathes can help. I've had eczema all my life and when it flairs, no OTC will help!! Hope this helps.
