I have dark brown hair and I want to do something to it to make it not a boring plain brown hair style. So I've thought about I'm re but have no idea how to do that by myself. What if I just wanted to see if I like it without committing? Can you use art chalk an put it in? (But using yellow for blonde)

You can get hair colour kits from the drugstore that last like 2 weeks but chalk would probably work as well :)
