So my skin is pretty clear but I have some acne scars on my forehead. I am going to start wearing foundation to cover that up. I am just starting out with foundation so I need an inexpensive foundation and powder. My skin is oily in the T zone and pretty much normal everywhere else.

I like the cover girl 3 in 1 foundation for oily skin
And I also like the revlon nearly naked foundation and powder
Rimmel stay matte powder is also good

You should try Revlon colorstay or maybelline superstar and use a concealer on Your scars such as Revlon colorstay concealer is good! rimmel stay matte is the best budget powder option :) and try the colorstay foundation in normal to dry skin formula since you aren't oily all over :) hope that helped
