So my hair is sort of a light chestnut brown I would say? Anyways I want to go to the salon and get my hair professionally bleached to platinum blonde. My hair isn't the healthiest but definitely not horribly damaged. is it possible to go platinum in one bleach session at the salon? in planning on getting it done the first week of next month. Also, what could I do to prepare my hair before then.

I think you wouldn't suit a platinum blonde, personally I reckon you would go like a light brown baliage? Haha good luck and post a pic when you're done

Yes it is possible to platinum in one session! Probably not for you! It looks like your is fairly long.. So it's already going to take hours. Idk it will really depend on the stylist. But FYI it is going to take at least 4 hours, probably 5-6 if she does if she does it all at once. It's also going to be expensive!!!!!! Very! That being said I loved be platinum! :)

I went platinum blonde a few years ago and it only took a few hours at the salon! I did have virgin hair though and it was pretty wrecked after a few months
