Philosophy Clear Days Ahead treatment lotion. It treats acne, moisturizes and keeps shine down. They have a cleanser and spot treatment too but that's the thing that works best for me.

You could also try the tea tree moisturizer from the body shop. It didn't really do much for me but its only $13 so it would probably be worth a try. It's definitely much more affordable than Philosophy.
