Does the H Veil Primer work well with any foundation, since I own CoverFx?

I don't think it works with every single foundation out there, however I think it'll work just fine with the Cover FX foundation.

The primer is water based so any foundation that is oil based with not work with it. However silicone based foundations work well with it as well as water based foundations

It depends on your skin. Personally I found that my powder foundation (cover fx) didn't glide on as smoothly as it would with my tarte primer. However, I used it with my liquid and my cream foundation from cover fx and it worked seamlessly. I think it just depends on the thickness and the texture of the foundation.
