Okay, you would need a powder lightener (bleach. I recommend Ion sensitive scalp from Sally's), developer (20-30 volume) a toner (clairol color radiance works well) and a good purple shampoo :) I'm sure there are plenty if videos on YouTube on the balayage techniques :) I would tell you but I usually end up confusing people more than helping them lol.
