I'm going to a Fourth of July party tomorrow, so I was looking for ideas on what to do with my eye make up? I usually always line my bottom lid with atleast a eyeliner, my eyes look odd without it, this is me with only foundation on.

I'm not really looking for anything over the top either. Just some cute makeup, I'm going to be outside for a lot of it so I don't want someone that will be complicated and run off or anything.

Beach waves a neutral brownish color on your eyes with winged eye liner (: I would say nude lipstick but a burgandy color would do amazing with that outfit.
