Which one is better for dry skin? Do either help with foundation oxidizing? I've tried BM a sample and loved it. Which one keeps foundation lasting longer? I have heard great things about both.

I have not use MAC Natural Radiance.. the BareMinerals primer was okay. And what do you mean by foundation oxidizing?
