I am having a horrible breakout all over my face! I haven't changed Anything! I usually get one or two pimples on my forehead if anything (not often).. I am gettin little white bumps along with pimples on my chin and by my nose! I honestly HATE it and don't know what to do for it. I wash my face regularly.

Your could have become "resistant" for lack of a better word to whatever routine youre using. I've heard that certain routines can cause your skin to get used to it after a certain point, if that makes sense? Try switching up your routine a little. Try a gentle cleanser and exfoliant to help out. Neutrogena has a good line, personally I feel, or try some facial masks. Also be sure to moisturize!

Get something with salicylic acid in it to dry out the pimples, I feel sometimes a moisturizer nourishes the breakouts instead of drying them out, they are constantly moisturized.. You should moisturize your whole face besides your break out spots
