So I don't really use makeup, all I put on is mascara but I really want to learn how to use eyeliner, foundation, and maybe lip color? And the best kind of brand that doesn't smear during the day!! Any help would be AMAZING!!

I love maybelinne's the rocket mascara. They have it in water proof and it's affordable.
For eyeliner, gel would be your best bet. I love the maybelinne gel liner.
For foundation, I would go to a sephora or ulta and get helped by them.
For lips, I love the revlon just kissable balm stain in honey (001)

Personally, I like pencil eyeliner. I think it's best to just sit down in front of a mirror and practice your eyeliner for a while. make sure that the pencil is sharp, and when you apply it on your top lid, put it as close to your lash line as possible. if you can see skin between your eyeliner and your lashes, apply more eyeliner to that spot. I really, really love the Urban Decay eyeliners, they work like a charm for me. I also mentioned on your other thread that primer is a necessity; I recommend the Urban Decay Primer Potion, it's lovely. it leaves my lids feeling smooth and makes it easier to apply eye makeup, not to mention keeps it on for an entire day without touchups.

in addition to that, for lip products, because you're rather young, I'd go with a light shade; I really love the Revlon Lip Butters, the shade Tutti Fruitti is lovely if you're looking for a touch of color.
