Definitely Illamasqua Skin Base, they go very pale and there's even a white adjuster. The foundation is medium-full coverage but can be sheered out to almost nothing. I use the colour SK2 and it's the perfect very pale colour.

I'm really pale and I use Urban Decay Naked Foundation in the lightest shade. It's perfect for my skin.

I second Rebecca's suggestion for Illamasqua. I have heard that this is one of the few lines that have a selection of super light foundation colors.
