My cousin is in 7th grade (year 7) and she is wondering how much makeup she could wear? I am posting this on her behalf. Please help her? Before school starts haha.

I am about to go into seventh grade, and I wear some eyeliner (very small amount), eyeshadow (natural colors, browns, light colors, etc.) And mascara. And if I get a pimple or something I use concealer.

^ exactly! But ofcourse you want to keep it simple ,light and natural in 7th grade.Like your not wearing makeup at all but still pretty ;) so I'd say..
-BB/CC cream (Depending on her skin and the coverage she likes for school)
-Mascara
-Tinted lip balm
-And a bit of blush for color.
-And if she wants to hide a few blemishes or dark circles then use concealer just on those areas. And do set it!
I don't think she should wear eyeshadow but instead maybe just tightline her eyes to make it look awake!

Mascara is a must, maybe bb cream if she needs it and a little blush.

I'm a rising junior, and I really didn't start a regular makeup routine until this year. HOWEVER, I second Helen & Sabera; there really is no right answer as to what to wear or not. In terms of what "most people do", girls start experimenting with eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss. I wear powder, lipstick and some form of eyeliner everyday.
The key point though is that she can still feel absolutely comfortable in a bare face, even after establishing a routine of sorts
