I use nc50 studio tech like a cream to powder... I should apply it before the foundation?

It's not a setting spray, but a finishing spray. So it can help refresh your look and give you a bit of moisture when your skin gets a bit dry. It also helps foil eyeshadows.

If you look alittle cakey or just packed on a lot of powdery products then it will help make it look very fresh.
