Urban decay has one its like the naked pallets but smaller and all matte shadows look on saphora.com or however u spell that sorry i suck at spelling or for a drugstore like target ELF self little "books" of matte shadows look on target.com hope this helps

Sonia Kashuk has a great neutral one that is very nicely pigmented. The new Urban Decay one actually has one satin shade. TheBalm has an all matte palette, as does Too Faced. You can find Sonia Kashuk products at Target, and UD and Too Faced are at Sephora and Ulta. You can still find some of TheBalm's products at Sephora, and I think if you're lucky you can find it at TJ Maxx.
