I'd start with a luminous bb cream or a foundation something that looks lighter not heavy on the skin. The set with a matte powder the skin will still lolk glowy but not oily/sparkly. As for eyes line the top with a thin line of dark brown liner then the bottome with a nude in the inner rim. That will open up your eyes more. Since its er time I'd go with browns and golds and shimmers unless you like mattes. A great mascara that really opens up your eyes but looks natural not clumpy is Cliniques High definition mascara in water proof and non water proof. A great drug store mascara is Mayballine the Rocket. Hope this helps!
